The Awakening Process

Today I want to write about the awakening process as it’s happening very fast now for many people everywhere, and some are finding it difficult to cope with the rapid shifts. For some rare people the awakening process happens quite suddenly – there is a major “event” which triggers it, and suddenly there is a shift in consciousness and we see things differently from before. In effect our world has been stood on its head, and suddenly we see things from the right way up, rather than through the conditioned veil we are used to, which is so ingrained in our psyche. When this happens for some people it is a permanent shift in consciousness rather than a temporary fleeting experience, which many of us have had. Examples of this sudden awakening are Eckhart Tolle, Tony Parsons, and Richard Sylvester. However, for most of us, the awakening process is not an “event” but a gradual unfolding of Higher consciousness, often triggered by minor events along the way, as the layers of beliefs and conditioning are gradually shown up and stripped away (like peeling away the layers of an onion) to reveal the true nature of our being in all its shining glory, deeply connected to the flow of Source energy.

We all see things from a different perspective, according to our level of awareness. Awakening seems to me to be on two levels – the inner and the outer - the latter encompassing both our own world, and the greater world out there. As we awaken to our own inner empowerment and wholeness, our outer awareness changes and we see our world differently. As we look honestly at ourselves, gradually recognising our habitual patterns and belief systems, taking responsibility for everything about ourselves, changing what no longer serves us and choosing different responses, our outer world changes to line up with the inner. As within, so without. Thus our energy vibration rises and we begin to attract people, events and situations of a higher energy vibration than before – because like attracts like. So our experience of our world tends to improve as our energy vibration rises with the awakening process, and denser energy is no longer a part of it. The usual life things happen – work, home life, school, social functions etc but our experience of them has moved up a notch and we are able to accept and cope better with all that occurs, and see it all from a higher perspective than before. Also as our energy vibration rises, we become more sensitive to densely energetic places and people, and usually choose to spend much of our time in higher energy environments and situations which match where we have arrived energetically and feel more comfortable. It can indeed be extremely painful to find ourselves in a lower (denser) energy situation, and at this point many people are forced to leave their jobs and change relationships and life situations which no longer match where they have arrived. This is a common consequence of the awakening process.

When full awakening has occurred there is an unshakeable inner peace, stillness and tranquillity, which nothing can disturb, so then we can tolerate lower energy environments without pain or harm, as we are secure and rooted in that state. Fully awakened people are able to influence and elevate the energy vibration of others they come into contact with, without having their own energy vibration dragged down or compromised. This in turn has an ongoing ripple effect out into our world and is of great benefit to all.

There is another part to awakening too, and that is awareness not just of our own world, but also of what is happening in the 3D world and our connection with other planes (I may write more about other planes in another post). In my view it’s no good being “up there” on cloud 9 if you are unable to interact efficiently with your world or have no idea what is happening in the outer world. We live on planet Earth (some would say Gaia now) and there needs to be a balance so that we are cognizant of all that is occurring and how it affects us. I rarely post anything political, and I am only going to touch on this briefly now so as not to give it energy : the fact that we are being controlled ever more each day by a tiny elite of obscenely wealthy people/bankers and corporations who have organised and manipulated everything to benefit themselves, create perpetual wars, and subjugate the mass of humanity to lives of servitude, must be obvious now to most of us who are awake and aware, surely. It is not hidden any more – it is out there in plain sight for anyone to see. I urge anyone who is not cognizant of this fact to put aside their conditioning, look more deeply and see behind the cloak of deception what is really going on. I know that some people are in denial, as to accept this could cause their belief systems and familiar world to come crashing down. I understand this. However, we need to be awake and aware for our own good, and that of each other and future generations who will inherit this mess. Our own continued awakening will help to raise the energy on our planet to a higher vibration which will be unable to support the dark scenarios that are currently occurring. That is all I have to say on this subject for now, as to dwell on it and thus give it energy is to help perpetuate it.

On a personal level, there has been a significant trigger to my own awakening process recently. Everything has a purpose, and just the right things happen in life to aid us on our journey. The awakening process is, for me, what life is all about – every person, situation and event comes along to enable it to unfold in the perfect way, even the less pleasant ones. It can be quite a ride for some of us!

How does all this relate to our work with the gongs? Well the gongs aid us in our inner work, which in turn affects our outer world. The gong sounds help to re-tune and harmonise every part of our being, clear stagnant energy so that we can move on, and raise our own energetic signature, enabling us to be a better expression of our true nature. In turn we affect others around us and the world at large. Then everyone benefits.
